1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Volo Network’s website, applications, streaming platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or subscribe.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be underage.

4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription & Payments
A. Subscription
The Volo Network offers paid subscription services (e.g., $4.99/month).
B. Billing

  • Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis

  • You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your payment method

C. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • Access continues until the end of the billing period

  • No refunds are guaranteed unless required by law

D. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with notice.

6. Use of Services
You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission

  • Reverse engineer or interfere with the platform

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access

  • Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content
     

7. Intellectual Property
All content on The Volo Network, including but not limited to:

  • Videos

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Text

is owned by or licensed to The Volo Network and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not use our content without prior written permission.

8. Content Submission & Media Release
This is one of your most important sections 
A. Submission of Content
By submitting any content to The Volo Network, including but not limited to:

  • Casting applications

  • Videos

  • Images

  • Written stories

  • Personal information

(collectively, “Submitted Content”), you grant The Volo Network a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

  • Use

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Adapt

  • Publish

  • Display

  • Broadcast

your Submitted Content in any format or media now known or later developed.
B. Media Release & Likeness Rights
By submitting content or participating in any production, you grant The Volo Network the unrestricted right to use your:

  • Name

  • Image

  • Voice

  • Likeness

  • Biographical information

  • Personal story

for:

  • Television

  • Streaming

  • Marketing and promotional purposes

  • Social media

  • Advertising

without further compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
C. Representation & Warranty
You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the rights to submit the content

  • The content does not infringe on any third-party rights

  • All individuals appearing in the content have given consent

  • The content is truthful to the best of your knowledge

D. No Obligation to Use
The Volo Network is not obligated to:

  • Use your submission

  • Respond to submissions

  • Provide compensation

E. Confidentiality
You acknowledge that:

  • Submissions are not confidential

  • No fiduciary relationship is created
     

9. User Conduct (Community Standards)
Users must not:

  • Harass or abuse others

  • Upload defamatory or misleading content

  • Promote illegal activities

  • Impersonate others

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts.

10. Third-Party Services
Our Services may include links to third-party platforms or tools.
We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party content

  • Privacy practices

  • External services
     

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or error-free operation

  • Accuracy of content

  • Availability of specific shows or features
     

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Volo Network shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits

  • Unauthorized access to user data
     

13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Volo Network from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your submitted content
     

14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in harmful conduct

  • Misuse the platform
     

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation first

  • Then binding arbitration in Nevada, if necessary
     

17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
